As you approach the end of your current BMW lease, the next chapter of your vehicle ownership has just begun. You have many options and it would be our pleasure to walk you through the process.
PROCESS
Prior to returning your vehicle, you will be required to complete some simple steps.
LEASE MATURITY CONTACT
Livio Fiacco, Policaro BMW’s Retention Manager, will be reaching out as your lease maturity date approaches. He will be inviting you to Policaro BMW for your lease end options and pre-inspection appointment at your convenience.

LEASE END OPTIONS APPOINTMENT
Please take this opportunity to come in for a pre-inspection and to let us know if you are looking to stay in your current BMW or if you are interested in a new vehicle. We can assist in finding your perfect leasing or financing solution.
We will also have your vehicle evaluated during your visit and let you know if you have any potential equity.
INSPECTION APPOINTMENT
Our preferred inspection company, AutoVIN Canada, will contact you to arrange an appointment for a complimentary detailed vehicle inspection.
For your convenience, the inspection can be completed anywhere you choose, including your home or office. Once AutoVIN Canada evaluates the condition of your BMW,
A Vehicle Inspection Report will be available to you online within 48 hours of the physical inspection.
This report will outline the condition of your vehicle. If your vehicle requires any repairs or maintenance, you are strongly encouraged to have the work completed prior to the vehicle turn-in date.

RETURN APPOINTMENT
Please schedule your appointment in advance to review your vehicle’s condition and confirm all necessary maintenance and/or repairs have been made.
You may also settle any applicable excess wear and use charges at this time.
