POLICARO BMW x ADAMO ESTATE WINERY MARCH 2025 CONTEST – FULL CONTEST RULES
(“Contest Rules”)
1. Sponsor. Policaro BMW x Adamo Estate Winery March 2025 Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Policaro BMW, 5 Coachworks Cr., Brampton, ON L6R 3Y2, https://www.policarobmw.ca (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. This giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario, 25 years of age or older, who hold a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license. To be eligible, participants must complete a test drive at Policaro BMW before March 31, 2025, and follow both @PolicaroBMW and @AdamoEstateWinery on Instagram. Employees of Policaro BMW, Adamo Estate Winery, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period. The giveaway begins on March 6, 2025 and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the giveaway after completing the following steps during the Contest Period:
- Test drive any vehicle at Policaro BMW.
- Follow both @PolicaroBMW and @AdamoEstateWinery on Instagram.
5. Prize Details. The winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Notte Dei Sensi experience at Adamo Estate Winery. In addition, Policaro BMW will provide chauffeur service for the guests in a BMW to and from the event (“Prize”).
- Winner and guests must be located within a 50km radius of Policaro BMW to qualify for the chauffeur service.
- Approximate retail value of the Prize is $750 CAD.
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
6. No Purchase Required. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
7. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning the Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Confirmation. One (1) winner will be selected by random draw by April 4, 2025. The draw will be conducted by Policaro BMW. The winner will be contacted via phone call using the number provided during the test drive booking. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, another winner may be selected.
11. General Terms & Conditions.
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.
- The winner agrees to allow Policaro BMW and Adamo Estate Winery to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
- Policaro BMW and Adamo Estate Winery are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other circumstances affecting the event.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
