POLICARO BMW “WEEKEND DRIVE & DINE” CONTEST – FULL CONTEST RULES
(“Contest Rules”)
1. Sponsor. The Policaro BMW “Weekend Drive & Dine” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Policaro BMW, 5 Coachworks Crescent, Brampton, ON L6R 3Y2, policarobmw.ca (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry, hold a valid Ontario G Driver’s License without restrictions, and have valid automobile insurance. Employees of the Sponsor, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production, or distribution of Contest materials, and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Contest Rules. Entrants who do not comply may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. Contest Period. The Contest begins on October 4, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on October 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter. To enter, individuals must during the Contest Period: (i) follow Policaro BMW on social media; (ii) like the designated Policaro BMW contest post; and (iii) share the contest post. Eligible entrants (“Entrants”) who complete all required steps will be entered into a random draw to win the Prize.
Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, altered, or otherwise irregular are void. Entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive license to use entries for contest administration and promotional purposes. No correspondence will be entered into except with the Selected Entrant.
5. Contest Prize. One prize (the “Prize”) is available, consisting of:
- a $500 gift card to Adamo Estate Winery; and
- the use of a BMW vehicle (“Vehicle”) for one weekend, provided by Policaro BMW.
The approximate retail value of the Prize is $1,000. Vehicle model will vary depending on availability. Receipt of the Vehicle is conditional on the winner providing proof of valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance and entering into a rental/loaner agreement with Policaro BMW. The winner will assume any and all liability for injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Contest, the redemption of the Prize, or use of the Vehicle.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value. It cannot be substituted, transferred, or combined with other promotions. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.
6. No Purchase Required. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
7. Odds of Winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
8. Skill-testing Question. The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, to be declared a winner.
9. Winner Selection and Confirmation. On or about October 14, 2025, a representative of the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period and select one potential winner (the “Selected Entrant”). The Selected Entrant will only be confirmed as the winner if they meet all eligibility requirements. If the Selected Entrant is disqualified, another entrant will be randomly drawn. Before being declared a winner, the Selected Entrant must: (i) correctly answer the Sponsor’s skill-testing question; (ii) sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form (“Winner Release”); and (iii) comply with all Contest Rules.
The Selected Entrant will be notified within five (5) business days of the draw. Up to three attempts will be made to contact the Selected Entrant within ten (10) business days following the draw. Failure to respond or accept the Prize within this time may result in forfeiture and selection of another entrant. A signed Winner Release must be received by the Sponsor at the time the Prize is claimed. The Sponsor is not responsible for communication failures of any kind.
10. Release and Indemnification. The winner must sign the Winner Release confirming compliance with Contest Rules, accepting the Prize as awarded, and releasing the Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability for any damages, injuries, claims, or losses related to participation, redemption of the Prize, or use of the Vehicle. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, misdirected entries, or lost notifications.
11. Other Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate the Contest at any time, without notice, if it cannot be run as planned.
12. Publicity. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, social media handle(s), and city of residence for publicity purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation.
13. Law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. It shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
14. Amendments. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or modify these Contest Rules at any time without prior notice.
15. Intellectual Property. All contest materials, trademarks, and related rights belong to the Sponsor or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
