For the second time, Policaro BMW has earned the Automotive News Canada’s Best Dealership to Work For award, and we couldn’t be more proud. It’s the type of honour that’s indicative of the incredible efforts of our entire team and shows how our workplace is one where our people thrive and customers receive exceptional service. We know that when our team feels supported, that enthusiasm carries over to the customer experience, which is why we work hard to maintain a family-like culture of collaboration and transparency.
