Step 1.

24-hour Service Kiosk – Drop and Go

Simply follow these steps:

  • Book your desired service appointment online
  • Sign up at the Service Kiosk located at our dealership and securely drop off your vehicle and keys
  • If you choose, book a service loaner vehicle and access the keys then and there via the Service Kiosk
  • You will be sent a notification when your service is complete
  • Pay at the Service Kiosk and access the keys to your serviced and sanitized vehicle and drive away

Valet Pick Up And Drop Off

Book your service appointment online. We will take care of your service without you even having to leave home. We will pick up your vehicle at a pre-scheduled time, complete the service, sanitize your vehicle and drop it off at a location designated by you.

Step 2.

Vehicle Sanitization

Complete sanitization of all vehicles pre and post service. Sanitization includes:

  • Pre-service: Steering wheel, headrest, seat and footwell protectors
  • Post-service: Full disinfection and wipe down of all vehicle surfaces, gear shift, door handles, and driver and passenger enabled vehicle controls
  • Optional HVAC vehicle disinfecting system
  • Mandatory gloves and masks for all employees
Step 3.

Dealership Experience

Sanitization inspection teams at our facility and implementation of:

  • Mandatory masks
  • Visual sanitization markers for all surfaces and high traffic areas for inspection
  • Specified intervals for frequent cleaning and disinfection throughout the day
  • Numerous and accessible handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer locations
  • Extensive and ongoing training and communication with employees to ensure sanitization procedures are followed
