Policaro BMW introduces enhanced service experience during COVID-19 pandemic

To ensure the safety of Policaro BMW customers through the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve introduced an enhanced service experience designed to fit your unique needs in 2021.

In keeping with our values of customer service and safety, we now offer convenient, secure and contact free solutions for servicing your BMW.

For starters, there’s the new Service Kiosk located at Policaro BMW, offering a 24-hour drop-and-go service. Simply book the desired service appointment online and sign up at the dealership Service Kiosk, securely dropping off your vehicle and keys contact-free.

A notification will be sent once your service is complete, upon which payment will be accepted at the Service Kiosk. Access your keys and your serviced and sanitized vehicle with ease.

A Valet Pick Up & Drop Off is also bookable online. Select your service appointment online, and we’ll fulfill your service without you having to leave your home. We will pick up your vehicle and drop it off after its service at a location designated by you.
